This shipping & delivery policy is a part of our Terms of service & Private Policy and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our shipping & delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping delivery options?
In-Store/Curbside Pickup
In-Store & Curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Friday, by appointment. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. For curbside pickup, we offer a contactless system. All details and instructions will be enclosed in your confirmation email.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Domestic Shipping Rates. & Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before purchasing. In the case that a shipping address is incorrect and the product has not shipped, please contact us at info@cottonrootsboutique.com for immediate correction. If the product has shipped, once the carrier returns the package, the customer will need to purchase a new shipping label. Cotton Roots is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We cannot be held accountable where tracking information states delivered to your order address, and it is not present. All missing packages/inaccurate tracking information should be handled by the carrier.
Cotton Roots cannot refund upgraded shipping fees as a result of delays by the carrier.
International Shipping
We're sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. We will update this policy when pertinent.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We're sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Processing Time
All orders received Monday-Friday will be processed within 2 business days of the order being received. For orders placed on the weekend, they will be processed within the first 2 business days in the order of which they were received. Due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take slightly longer for processing.
Please note that we do not ship on nationally observed US Holidays.
Pre-order item ship times may vary by product. ETA's listed at checkout do not apply to any item labeled as "pre-order" that is included in the order.
